That’s why we created our new Kaizen room: a space dedicated to analysis, collaboration, and the evolution of processes.

Since 2009, we have adopted the Kaizen method, based on the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), to continuously optimize and improve our operations. A structured approach that allows us to read data, test solutions, and measure their effectiveness over time.

The new room was designed with a clear goal: turning ideas and experience into concrete actions, making processes more efficient, streamlined, and adaptable.
